About The Admin
I am 26 years old and happily engaged.I believe in creating things with care and even more with love. Growing up, I have always loved to bake with my mother. She then allowed me to bake by myself which in the end, I became the baker of the family while she cooked her delicious meals for us. I work at Loafers Bakery and Gourmet Shoppe, a small family owned bakery since 2011 in LI, New York. I attended NCC for Psychology, but it just wasn't for me. I dropped out to attend The Long Island Culinary Academy in Syosset, NY. I graduated from culinary school in May 2011, and I received my certificate in Professional Pastry and Baking from the Culinary Academy of Long Island in Syosset, NY. My chef was Chef Messina and he was the best of the best. I've learned so much in the class and I even graduated with a 98. I also want to further my skills a lot more so I hope one day, I'll be able to go back to culinary school to get more education. Baking has always been my passion so I decided to make it my career.
